In 2018, there was a new beginning in the field of digital transformation in the Jordan Petroleum Products Marketing Company (JoPetrol), as the Director-General of the company announced the launch of the project and considered it a key part of the company’s strategy for the coming years. In implementation of these instructions, efforts have been concerted to enhance a digital environment and move towards smart solutions in various fields to meet ambitions with the latest and fastest smart applications inside and outside the company, where business models have been developed and processes and services were re-engineered to increase customer satisfaction and improve the level of services effectively and efficiently, and through creating the infrastructure for the digital environment in line with cyber-security standards and controls to keep pace with the rapid development in modern technologies.
