Refueling Service for Aircraft

The Airports Department is responsible for supplying aircraft at the three Jordanian civil airports: Queen Alia International Airport, King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba, and Amman Civil Airport, in addition to supplying Royal Jordanian Airlines.

From the receiving stage until the aircraft supply stage, all aircraft fuel trading operations shall be carried out according to the following conditions:

  • Fuel conformity to international standards such as Def-Stan91-91 or the JIG Chick list

  • Provides the highest levels of safety and security during aircraft supply operations.

  • Aircraft fueling station facilities shall be subject to periodic inspections by international bodies and organizations and by representatives of airline companies. The company is keen to use the latest technologies in supply facilities and power supply mechanisms, including Programmable logic controller systems and micron movement counters / Coriolis. The Queen Alia International Airport station has a laboratory that contains state-of-the-art equipment for conducting various laboratory tests, including examining and measuring the percentage of sediments, examining conductivity, detecting water, etc..
